Nithya Kishore is the Founder and CEO of Knowmatrix Edlab, where she and her team are working on solutions that make school to college and college to career journeys fun, purposeful, and seamless. Nithya has worked with over 40000 students from some of the most prestigious schools and colleges worldwide. She is an Early Career Coach and International Admission Strategist who has helped students to study at top universities worldwide with up to 100% scholarship. It is not a surprise that her MBTI profile is an INFJ (The Counsellor). You find this grounded Cancerian at home with a Kindle, cooking delicious veg dishes or intellectually engaging with her 12-year-old son, Adithya. Kishore is the man behind this incredible woman, the quality assurance for every initiative the lady takes up and the stable presence in this high volatile career graph...cos even a career coach will sometimes need pointers and directions from a dependable source.
Sandhya Dave
As Head of Admissions at Knowmatrix Edlab, Sandhya is the method behind the madness. Having worked closely with Nithya over the last decade, Sandhya has recently joined the team to steer the student success division. She is your one-stop expert for admissions and student visa. She thrives on structure, discipline and deadlines – ensuring no students ever err on their applications or miss their key milestones. In her spare time, you can either find Sandhya making checklists with a good cup of green tea or travelling with her husband and son, Vansh. For every successful life journey to happen, the trip planner also needs some quick detour trips and a well-managed itinerary and this quaint family serves that and supports her travel in more than one way.
Kamla Saha
Kamala Saha is the Founder and CEO of ITM - Center of Excellence. When work from home was not a phenomenon, Kamala took the plunge from corporate career to entrepreneurship in early 2000s. Letting go of a corporate career after working with giant corporations - the likes of GE, ABN Amro and Bank of America wasn’t easy – but her confidence and zeal has seen her don multiple hats over the years building her reputation as a trainer, counselor and study abroad consultant. She is often one of the first person you interact with. She is your friendly student success coach, who understands all your dilemma, but also the one, who wouldn’t hesitate to use her, no-nonsense mom voice to bring order to the chaos. In her down time (hmm, does she have one separately, you should ask), you will see her at holistic health retreats, pursuing her passion for dance and spirituality or even watching Suits on Netflix with her son, Aryan. It is difficult to say who drives who but the mom-son duo surely inspire each other and are well supported by the strong HR of the house who doesn't shy away from having their back or ever mind basking himself in the sunshine they bring while he enjoys his space in the quiet corner of his home.
Pratima Rai
Pratima is a versatile professional with a primary focus on marketing and communication. She serves as a part-time Lecturer in Mass Communication, imparting her knowledge to future communicators. Simultaneously, she lends her expertise to small and emerging brands, aiding them in crafting compelling content and refining their brand strategies. As an edupreneur by choice, Pratima is passionate about empowering students to enhance their communication and interview skills, making her a dedicated mentor in the field. While not a mom herself, Pratima brings a unique perspective as a loving aunt and devoted pet owner. Her choice of pets is nothing short of extraordinary, as she has cared for everything from forlorn squirrels to abandoned strays, embodying a true friend to all creatures great and small.
